I was first introduced to CrossFit from my husband, and initially didn’t care for it. I enjoyed my previous gym routine of mind-numbing hours of cardio and light weights. Once I completed the elements class and started doing the class WOD’s, I quickly became hooked. For someone who didn’t lift heavy weights in fear of “getting jacked,” I found myself looking forward to doing some heavy Powerlifting! Not only could I see better physical changes in my body, but faster changes! I look forward to receiving my Level 1 in the future and being able to push others like I have been pushed.
